I read an artical in the paper this morning that stated a protest in france had gotton out of hand and a picture of bush was torn up along with a memorial plaque for sept. 11.

I do not think they relize what that can do to there economy.

    Consumers Against War

People in the whole world are holding their breath. Once again we are forced to witness a cruel and illegal war of aggression.

Bush and his government have dismissed every objection, they have ignored UN resolutions and the protest of the people in the whole world, as they have been obsessed with their aim: taking hold of the oil wells in Iraq.

People in the whole world are holding their breath - if they keep on doing it for too long they will suffocate.

LET'S THERFORE TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND THEN CRY OUT LOUD!

Let's go on protesting and demonstrating! Let's go on boycotting American products and thus the American economy, which is responsible for this war. Let's show America that we won't take this breach of international law! Let's put up a united front of independent and self-confident people, whose protest cannot be ignored!

  3. The truth is that the estimates are between 2 and 2.5 million people died in the killing fields. Mostly doctors, lawyers, and teachers.

There are a bunch of pages devoted to the study of the Khmer Rouge. Just look it up.

  4. MSFE, you absolutly kill me, and you remind me of the wimp in school who continuasely started fights but got his ass kicked everytime. You just do not get it do you? US is the big dog on the block. These young protesters do not understand the true meaning of this war and the wars that will follow. A group out of the middle east killed a lot of our people now we are going in there and we are going take control of the region.

WE DID NOT FUCK UP, THE MIDDLE EAST DID AND WE CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT THE COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT SUPPORT US LIKE IT OR NOT IT IS TRUE AND YES IT IS THIS SIMPLE.

Like it or not MSFE we will prevail, and your beleif will be just that, a belief and not a fact.

Have fun believing this crap that you come up with. I may not be some historical wizard but I do know that sometimes it is just that simple.

Once again the Moderator allows this kind of shit from MSFE during a war. Obviously the moderators agree with him.

    TWO WORDS: Bring it

The role of Mods is not to erase unpopular posts or to provide counter arguments to posts. I would recommend that you contact Baron if you doubt the role of Mods.

For the record, I don't agree with him. But I do want to live in a world where people are free to voice their opinions. No matter how idiotic, unfounded or false.

  8. Granted, his position isn't very thoroghly thought through (The American economy is making decisions? Is this a godlike creature? "Have you talked to your economy today?"), but Mondo, what should the rules be given that the current conflict isn't technically a war?

  10. Now there is something I can agree with you on compisnada. The 'big dog' making the rules has been the way the world is since nations first existed. Obviously some things haven't changed.

There are some of us that like to dream the world could be a better, fairer place, but reality continues to dog us.
