War On Drugs A Failure

  1. Agree, but you forgot the DEA and other law enforcement agencies who are making good money also. Taxpayer gets spitroasted.

    War is the health of the State.

    Government needs plausible deniability to grow in size and power. So they hype non-events into emergencies and whip panic into citizens. Save us! Save us! And the State happily does, at the expense of your freedoms. It's all big joke. Look at the border. It's wide open. The vast majority of narcotics are smuggled through it. You'd think if the Feds were serious about the War on Drugs (or the War on Terror), they would have shut it down 50 years ago. Nope. They need a reason to get in your face and into your business. "Drugs". "Osama Bin Laden" Bullshit. Actions speak louder than words. All the Government does is talk. They say one thing and do another. The American public are generally ignorant and naive. They believe words, not actions. Which is why they're so easily gamed like idiots. Also explains why the Country is nearly bankrupt. Scary part is, all Western countries are just as bad, if not worse.
