Each business sets up it policies and prices in ways they think are most benifical and must be balanced for the buyer & seller to achieve maximum efficiency. If WL makes a choice to offer licenses that are not transferable, then I'm sure they have put much thought into this model and believes it serves everyone best. If licenses were transferable, then customer service expenses would rise at a rate not corresponding to revenue and the pricing models or the operating model would deserve adjustment. $650 seems like a good deal for a powerful program with certain open source capabilities. The one month evaluation period is very generous. IMHO respectfully
