For over 3 weeks now tensions are rising as protests continue in Paris. What started out as a protest of close to 300,000 citizens fighting and rioting over higher gas tax and prices, now seems to be over so much more. The protesters "Gilets Juane" or "yellow vests" have shut the city down. This is no small protest and they don't seem to have a leader, so negotiations are tricky and now with the current outbreak of violence seem impossible. Students have now taken to protesting with almost 150,000 students in over a hundred schools protesting against the educational reform. Well they're all protesting for the gas tax and educational changes, they are also protesting Macron himself. This perhaps has Le Pen waiting to see what will happen between the tension of the protesters and Macron himself. With a hundred and thirty three people injured and approximately four to five hundred arrested, France's interior Ministry has deployed forces and they are armed. So far this protest has turned deadly and about three people confirmed, possibly more are dead. France has deployed over a hundred thousand police officers, gendarmes and firefighters to combat what they are calling "urban Warfare". With Paris toll roads blocked the estimated hundred thousand protesters are creating havoc for the surrounding area. For more than 2 weeks, the protesters have been demanding lower taxes, lower gasoline prices and from the public it is seen as "justified" with an alarming 84% backing it, according to Odoxa-Dentsu poll for Le Figaro.

With new developments from the G20 meeting, the euro zone was hoping to put the Brexit, Italy and Greece in the distance. Unfortunately that's not the case and Macron is firsthand witnessing the snowball that is happening do to these major protests in his own Streets. Macron who doesn't seem to have real political experience or backing, has become severely unpopular among the citizens of France. Being a former Rothschild Banker isn't helping the matters. Elected in 2017 he still doesn't have any support due to the countries struggling economy. Many people think that the gas prices are due to the influx of over 8 million migrants that was thought to boost the economy, but at the cost of France about 10,000 for each per year the gas prices would have to go up. This also stirred people that oppose the EU and see as not benefiting Europe anymore. Some see the EU as an illegal Union that nobody has elected, a Communist dictatorship and not part of Europe. Most Europeans are not seeing this as a political protest, it's an economic protest. Some may call it a tax protest, but that's exactly what increasing taxes does, it leads to a lower standard of living and that leads to almost every revolution. We are starting to see this protest swarming to Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria and people are worried how dangerous this situation is. Just as French King Louie the XVI, Russian King Nicholas II and the Iranian Reza Shah Paviavi. We may just be witnessing the next Revolution.

For France this is happening at such a critical time for the economy that's trying to compete economically with Amazon and other online retailers. Not only are toll roads blocked, people are unable to reach supermarkets, major retailers, Casinos and most of all fuel and transit stations. This is created a drop in about 35% in consumer good sales this fall. To say the least, this does not bode well for customer confidence in France's purchasing power. Investors are wondering whether this could derail the out performance of French equities in 2018, Bloomberg stated. Investors have seen what the protest did with Italy and are worried this could happen again.

I am only trading one more day of holding 24 hour positions. Just went over some numbers of the last 338 trades of my private account and I am being decimated by commission and financing the leveraged positions. It's still profitable, but percentage loss is massive. I'm going to back it off to holding for multiple days. As a note I do have a premium account and am currently looking 0.2 on eur/usd, usd/jpy, aud, usd. Also had worked out what I thought would be all the fees, but for whatever reason am catching massive slippage.
