Well I'm looking to start trading, I've applied to a couple firms, and got offers, but I'm more interested in places where I use the firms capital instead of my own. I feel like they are more sure of themselves and will do a better job teaching me. Which companies will let me use the firms capital while they teach me? Thanks.
