Hey $Cost - I'm glad to see this thread given some life ... I keep it in my bookmarks and check now and then I dunno about everyone else but how about a day when the market only goes up or down 1% ? The market goes up ~10% a year on average and yesterday there was a 10% swing in the XLF...
Yeah, I'm using TWM also, but I am not enamored of the way it trades... funny stuff. Be cautious with your levels and allow for some slippage as I almost missed $5 of profits because of the old "oh yeah, it didn't trade there. It printed, but it didn't trade there" garbage. I may start doing SH instead or one of the other single short ETF's - more capital but perhaps better tracking. Need to analyze that.
If you had purchased $1,000.00 of Delta Air Lines stock one year ago you would have $49.00 left. With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the original $1,000.00. With WorldCom, you would have had less than $5.00 left. But, if you had purchased $1,000..00 worth of beer, one year ago, drank all of the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling REFUND, you would have had 214.00. Based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle. It's called the 401-Keg. THOUGHT you guys would enjoy this strategy considering where we're heading!!!!! GL and HF .....Hey price of aluminum is on the rise $COSTAverageMAN
