Option buyers sit in a bar brag about the one time they made 10x on a trade, but need you to pay for their drink. It's kind of hilarious.
Are you saying it has more volatility than the S&P? I have never really watched it. Of course I'm in the lower 95% so cut me some slack here. How long have you been trading it?
s and p is a huge index and is not easy to move it ,it is far more volatile than s and p , it is well supported but dax german 30 is very small index.very cyclical and with currency fluctuations affected by euro.Dow does not move as much cause it has major consumer companies and very stable companies 2 years
Makes sense. I would think that also makes it easier to manipulate by big players. Don't get wiped out in a big move that you weren't expecting. Best keep some powder dry.... change is coming.
s and p is a huge index and is not easy to move it ,it is far more volatile than s and p.u s indexes are stable and less volatile , but they dangerous when they become extremely volatile. please accept my apology for first response , as I did not intend to be rude.I am always covered with risk spreads insurance , against large moves. Back/Ratio call/put spread strategy
You're referring to foolish, amateur, cheap option 'lottery' ticket buyers. -- I'm far from that The power of relatively quick compounding is far more powerful then one big, rare bomb.
Our emotion , greed takes over and we are emotionally hijacked to get rich quick .Our emotions of desire are selling those options fast , to get rick quick .I been drinking the snake oil from cboe , that 80 % of options expire worthless and and am selling premiums faster than tickets to the whore house , but whores drawers are coming off faster.
