Their pay spread over 10 years after they left. Like pension?

You can't have these clowns get paid and then left town with a national crisis to their successors without suffer a bit.

 

Is public humiliation still legal?

 

Require all bonusses or severance pays made exclusively of stock options that can only be sold after 5 years (1 third), 10 years (1 third) and 15 years (1 third).
