Wall Street urban legend: The enslaved trader

Discussion in 'Professional Trading' started by crgarcia, Feb 11, 2008.

  1. Have you heard the urban legend about a pit trader (in those days there was no Internet), who began managing money privately, for mafia kingpins, with great profits.

He began rising his fees, until, some night, he was kidnapped when taking a cab from work.

Now he lives, chained in a basement, trading for free. Of course, poor results and he would be killed.

  2. Im not sure you really want to be discussing that on a website where you can be traced back to.
