Just because they are ugly fat pigs that doesn't mean they are necessarily immune from harassment, might not be sexual harassment although men's taste in women can be quite diverse; they might still receive harassment in the forms of taunting, bullying, jeering and etc. and according to the long list of definitions that @Sig has posted, they all qualify as sexual harassment. Besides when all else fails, this catch-all definition of "discomfort to the point of not able to work" will certainly nail the guy for sexual harassment. Conclusion: Ugly fat b****es are not safe.
If calling someone an ugly fat pig is sexual harassment, someone needs their head examined what they find sexual. Ugh! Harassment and bullying is really enough, sexual or not. Everything ain't sexual between genders. In a civilized society, I believe someone should then get a chance to redeem themselves, not one of the worst punishments immediately: Exclusion, even without trial or proof. I don't think people get excluded immediately just for some bullying, so why should sexual harassment get special treatment? Both depend on circumstances. Good leadership do not just confront the parties, but actively find constructive solutions where diversity and tolerance of differences in people can happen, bad behaviour marginalized.

She's part of the #MeToo!! She's the victim of sexual harassment. LOL The thing is she can twist it however she likes and there is nothing that men can do anything about it. And I suspect that companies are willing to lean towards the woman because if they are paying the woman 30% less than the man for the same job, why pay more to keep the man if they are going to save more money especially if the man is fired for cause they don't even have to pay severance. Identity politics, general bullying is not specific to certain political identities. Because sexual harassment happens mainly to women it has been elevated to the same level as racism by the feminists who are playing identity politics and want to grab more power for women at the expense of men.
Not in news headlines but I am sure it's happened to people irl given the current practice of "fire first, investigate later" approach that companies take right now regarding sexual harassment allegations.
