I call BS on that. Why can't the NASDAQ open? They're in CT, not NYC. NYSE/ARCA isn't in NYC. They're not even near water for any surge. What about the other exchanges? BATS, etc. Just because the NYSE is screwed up, everything has to shut down??? NYSE isn't the only guy in town anymore & shouldn't be treated as such.
