waking up in the morning

  1. drowsiness during the day is a symptom of sleep apnea. It is very common in males middle age and above or overweight. It's expensive to get diagnosed, but you can buy the machine they will prescribe for about $500.

The deal is, even though according to your alarm clock, you have slept for 8 hours, it's not real health restoring sleep.

otherwise, I trade forex and something is going on 24/5. I eat when I want I sleep when I want. I very rarely sleep more than 4 hours at a time. But, no matter what is going on with my positions, I give sleep first priority.

Even in ES, there are opportunities in the afternoon.

Doesn't make much sense to me to be a night person trying to trade a morning person's market.

In forex the best moves usually occur between 1 and 10 am et. But still, I go through periods when I revert back to night time sleeping. So just when it is getting good is when I get sleepy.

Sometimes after good night I wake up and say, "Man, it was good I was asleep. Because if I was awake watching it I would have taken my profit long ago."

I have no experience with the sleep apnea machine, but those that do tell me it is great and if they aren't having sex they always use it.

  2. I have used three versions of machines for sleep apnea. The sleep test is well worth it. It takes an hour to hook up big cable.

I have 17 times where I stopped breathing for over three minutes. About 78 times less than three minutes.

I did notice I wasn't sleeping at night but didn't guess why. Liz knew I stopped snoring frequently but did not make the connection.

now, I am really souped up because they added an 0-2 bleed at 2l/min. My Dr's agreed I would have crooked soon if the problem was not discovered.

I handle the day to day aches and pains with accupuncture and oriental teas solutions before meals. the tea mix is recalibrated ever five days acoding to symptoms. My body age is said to be 72 and my current expectancy is said to be about 100.

I am working on adding 4 inches of height to get my BMI to 22.

During trading, I drink 24oz of diet gingerale. This counteracts "dry mouth" (a stress symptom) when I am holding and volatility takes me 10K in the hole temporarily.

  3. :D Sorry... couldn't resist... Jack, you are experiencing the feelings of a CW trader!? You should try MADA... and you will feel support, comfort and confidence. :)

Btw... if you try to live healthy then go all the way and ditch your artificial "diet" crap food and drinks.
