you should read the article, then you will understand why and when too much water is harmful...

i consume significant amounts of protein, both in supplement and natural form.. along with proper amounts of fiber, vitamins, etc... both in natural and artificial form..

if you have a balanced and proper diet, you need to aid the body in getting rid of waste... exercise, and you need to do the same...

your body is mostly water, too little ... you suffer... too much... same... everything in moderation... 120-140oz is what I find that works for me given my lifestyle...

  3. I always had a hard time falling asleep, but once I started getting into exercise again I found that I fell asleep almost immediately, slept better, and in return found it easier to wake up.

I think it's more about quality sleep rather than just tossing and turning and then not having gotten enough rest to comfortably get up.

maybe. some people believe it the ass next to them.
i am sure that your reply is that a good ass costs a lot for a reason.

someone might respond that a man who travels alone travels fastest. perhaps that applies to a good sleep also.

Why not just accept you are a night person and trade the Nikkei or Kospi or whatever trades during the night for you?

Aristotle Onassis, the richest man in the world in his time, woke at midday everyday and did his business deals at 2am in nightclubs.

You can trade the morning session of the Hang Seng (mini or big contract) at approx 8pm EST. They break, stop trading, for lunch in Hong Kong for 90 minutes so you would have to be up quite late to trade their afternoon session. Ib data feed used to be 5 bucks/month. Need to buy some Hong Kong dollars first.
Conflicts with "Mike and Molly" and "Two Broke Girls" so screw that.
