Waiting for recommendation

I am a day trader whose average volume is about 1.5M~2M shares per month, and most of my trades are momentum tradings, so I need fast executions and reliable software.

Can u guys recommand some good firms except genesis(I heard someone's unpleasant experience with them)?

What I want are listed below:
1 Capital Security and effortless withdraw.
2 Low commission and high payout
3 fast executions and reliable software with convienent ways
of sending order
