I've been trading futures for 26 years, stocks and funds even longer, with a variety or brokers, platforms and issues. And I want to say Trading Technologies has rendered some of the best technical support I have ever received. And on a Sunday afternoon! And it wasn't even TT's problem! But they figured out that the issue was with the broker, whom they didn't just refer me back to, but whom they got in touch with directly, after repeated attempts, while keeping me posted on what they were doing, and again, all on a Sunday afternoon. Then they got them to finally do what they should have already done to get this platform to work.
