could somebody share the historical availability of VXX shares to short? the availability at IB would be preferred but if you have the data from another broker it is fine too. IB seems to provide the data for the last 10 days only (there is a tool for that in the account management). i am wondering how the demand for short shares changes when volatility goes up. thanks!
