I've never studied the subject, but have recently become curious about how the requirements for voting in other countries compare to those here in the USA. I think the virtual lack of standards for voting here have a lot to do with assuring that there is no discrimination against minority groups. Whatever the reason...........would some of you who live in or are familiar with requirements in other countries please chime in. Do any countries require that you own property, file an income tax return, register for the draft, pass a test, pay a fee, submit foolproof credentials, etc.? Thanks, Stosh.
