Voters Trust GOP More than Democrats on Eight of 10 Key Issues

  1. It shows how dumb voters are. A year ago they trusted democrats on virytually every issue except terrorism. They let the media convince them that an inexperienced ACORN organizer would make a responsible, middle of the road president. I actually had intelligent people tell me this with great sincerety. Somehow their desire to vote for a black president blinded them to reality and allowed them to project their own common sense onto him.

There is good news for democrats though. The republicans have no leadership, no message and have alienated their base. they will have a tough time capitalizing on the public's change of heart.

  2. It's all about the independents. Those are the voters who won the election for Obama and will be the same ones who lose the next for him.

Obama's only hope is if the economy magically turns around fast. But given the open check book policy of spending taxpayer dollars on crap no one is reading, I don't think it's looking too good.

And the sad thing is, if the economy does turn, it will be because of nothing Obama has done.

  3. Sorry, but you are like some teenager with some moronic song stuck in their head...

When are you going to grow up and learn to take responsibility for your and your party's actions?

In the last presidential election, the mail stream media had less impact than any time in history of a main stream media...

The growth of right wing radio, the growth of alternative media on the internet, the dominance of Fox News on cable TV, etc...

...and like a fool you are still chasing your tail blaming the left wing media for the current plight of the republican party...

What part of him saying that the republicans have no leadership, no message and they have alienated their base did you miss? Seems like he is putting the blame right where it should be, on the GOP.

  5. Not sure what 777 was raving about, but ur post is dead on.

The GOP is DOA and should definitely be a DNR in it's present, disheveled state.

    Palin 2012!!!!:D :D :D :D

  6. No need to mention the media then...

That tired old message of blame the media doesn't fly anymore...

Especially with a younger generation who doesn't implement the older generations method of watching the evening news or reading the newspaper...
