In case you forgot, the title reads "trend reversal in 2 weeks". But you're right, too damn strong at the moment.
Financial Independence Retire Early. Basically people who go in 80%+ into index investing and live frugally. They need a multi year bear market to dampen the happy mood.
I said it just yesterday that the way the markets seems to work is that everybody and every strategy needs to take a hit. We constantly see bears get taken out, and sometimes longs too, but we haven't seen the buy and hold index crowd go down yet. I bet it happens this cycle. I don't trust the value of anything priced in USD, most especially real estate. NVDA for example is making profits because they lend their customers money. And that money was for so long super cheap. And the economy only functions because of the money printing. I forget the exact stat, it was something like $300B in extra economic activity cost $1T in debt to produce. It's a house of cards on tops of a house of cards. Saw this post yesterday... a very passionate example of how renters are getting screwed. "I think over the next few years, the entire political class is going to find out what happens when you ignore the one third of this country getting screwed over by a housing system that funnels billions of dollars into the people that don't need it right now" None of these charts we look at take into account what happens when people just give up and revolt. Maybe civil war?? I have no idea. But the despair is brewing, and nobody's trading plan or economic models can forecast what humans will do.
Yeah but we used up our 1 down day for the month and it didn't lead to a reversal. So what's 2 weeks? Just some arbitrary timeframe.
LMAO. Can't even get a "bear market" to last more than a day. They will just buy every dip knowing they can't lose.
As long as the market has fomo with bitcoin and nvda markets will not sell off. But for some reason I feel a solid 100 drop in nvda shares...maybe after 1000 though.
Oh, so only 1 down day per month, eh? I hope you man up and eat your words after 2 weeks from today should S&P be trading lower than today's close.
