I'll be back in long for a swing when the market gets that "ug" dip, which won't happen now until after the election this year in November. Anyone remember what happened to the markets in Dec 2016, the last time Trump won it? It was a bull paradise. 2017 was just up, up and away. We do have some caveats this time. War in Israel, war in Ukraine. Bleh. But there is something different this time. And that is the Fed. They are on cusp of lowering interest rates during these times... I think that is why the markets are not going down as expected, because of what Powell and his FOMC crew are going to do. Talk about cartel! Hahah! Dot-plot this, byatches!
Weekly The weekly candle finally dropped below the trendline for the first time since the beginning of the year. It's still possible to trade back above it, but frankly that looks pretty slim as of now. Anyway, another 150 point drop will land us at the 5% pullback line, which not only coincides with the EMA(20) but that's also the 2022 high.
