Volume due to transit strike?

I wonder how trading action will be today. Could we see lighter volume thanks to the transit strike in NY?

In 1980, employees were bused into the city, ferried in and senior execs had hotel rooms. I wouldnt call the market DOA yet!

 

Gotta think that Wednesday will see a marked reduction in volume . . .
