Volume And Open Interest: Revised Edition (Hardcover) by Kenneth H. Shaleen Anybody got an opinion on this? Curious as it is offered for $750. I have his options book but have not really been motivated to read it from cover to cover. Other high priced out of prints like Crabel and Klarman that I have read are definitely worth reading, although IMHO would not justify paying $1000/2000 (at least to me, Klarman would be worth it to someone with $100k upwards to invest and no experience IMHO)
