Trying to access my volatility shares k-1 online, I receive the message: "ownership information is incorrect and must be corrected before k-1 can be created." I've never encountered anything like this before. Underneath the message is a list of buy and sell transactions. I assumed there must be an error there, though I don't understand why? so I decided to compare it to my Interactive Brokers tax forms. But the transactions on the IB tax forms don't match what I see on the Volatility Shares website. The volatility shares website, for example, has almost double the amount of transactions listed. And the number of units shown there, don't match with the number of shares shown on my IB form, so I don't even know where to begin here. anyone else encounter the same message, and manage to figure this out?
