Hey Dest, in an old thread I remember reading that you trade (or used to trade) for a family office or some other firm. Jw but in what ways does the firm restrict your personal trading activity if any? I'm sure certain strats are prop to the firm, Im guessing you get to keep rights to any strats you brought to them? I also always assumed non-competes were common but maybe they dont apply @ the individual level
I had a 5Y Plan that involved a piece of property and another milestone. Once my perf fee hit a level I figured I was self-sustaining for what I needed to get done for one of my kids with special needs, etc. I am <55yo and funded to the level where I don't want to trade OPM unless something stupid appears (>$200MM). I still trade for the FO-guy but as a POA through Wedbush.
I had a stake in the LLC and was restricted to listed-vanilla while the LLC was OTC. There was no issues and I was able to trade my personal/family accounts.
There is a difference between a trader who actually marks trades and explains the reasoning behind pricing vol then investopedia or a Florida douche bag with plastic surgery who had no grasp of the concept.
I've got too much going on with another kid entering college, campus tours, planning travel/traveling, etc., to keep up to date with this as I'd like. I'll get struck by some inspiration and take up where I left off, but it's worth exactly what you paid for the lesson.
than Investopedia. And I specifically told you NOT to read James Cordier's books. Would help if you read ppl's posts properly. It would help when you read this thread too if you are really looking to get something out of it. Anyway have fun in the thread.
Well you are right about him being a Florida douchebag but didn't know he got plastic surgery? ewwwww... this just creeps me out even more
