Comcast is pushing their voip service. Has anyone had any issues with voip slowing their trading system? The Comcast salesperson who was pushing this service could not answer any tech. questions I had. He couldn't even tell me where the new "box", as he described it, would go. Any thoughts?
I am a vongae VOIP customer, and I have seen no noticable effect on data transmission speeds for RT and trading... Vonage uses about 30Kbps (adjusted) for up and down. leaving me about 19.0mbs down and 55kbps Up.... More than enough bandwidth...
