The bullish factors for VIX currently are; * bullish daily , weekly , monthly quarterly and yearly MACD * bullish daily, weekly, monthly , quarterly and yearly RSI ( RSI above 50 midpoint line) * the MEGA GAP at 21 has been tested and held. It has not filled and has held gap support. * large inverse head and shoulders pattern starting about april 20, 2020 * above the 50 DMA and 200 DMA and possible golden cross occurring soon * daily MACD has pushed above the zero line but then they tried to compress it back down to zero line and below it but that has failed so far.
