VIX at FRESH NEW 52 WEEK LOW!!!!!

last half hour was quite amazing. The dow nearly gaining back all its losses from Friday. Nasdaq showed some strength but the NDX lagged most of the day showing no strength.

 

Is that chart showing that going short when the VIX is under 10 is almost guaranteed profit.

 

Telling....very telling. Tech is dead.
1999-2000 deja vue all over again.
