  2. I use to get colds all the time. Went to my doctor and he said I had an enlarged prostate . He said I needed to start taking Zinc.

To make the long story short, I started taking Zinc every night before bed; it cured my prostate problem, and I rarely ever get a cold.

Anything that does all that has got to help me be a better trader.

    Good Trading to All.

I already donated my prostate to science a few months ago. Taking Zinc would have beed a preferred alternative.

  4. sorry to be a party pooper. research shows zink does not have any effect on colds:

scroll down and watch the video about colds.

  5. You don't have to say you're sorry. It really doesn't matter to me what the researchers concluded. All I know is, I use to have prostitis and I use to get colds; now I don't. And guess what-- it all happened after I started taking Zinc.

  6. i think the sellers of unproven supplements are banking on just that. it is worth still listening to the video. it was credible.

  8. The lifespan statistics are government produced, so they have as much credibility as the job reports, unemployment rates & inflation reports. If you believe those, then I got a great deal for ya involved a well known bridge in New York City.

Being hooked up to a machine or having endless surgeries while popping pills is not smth I consider real living.

Food nowdays has a fraction of the nutrition it used to. In general, human agriculture has weeded out the true raw wild fruits and vegetables by selection and nowdays by genetics. Anyone who has ever had wild berriers or apples can easily tell the difference between those and the farmed version, even the organic ones. Bananas of today are supposedely very different from the wild bananas which are near extinict now.
People in the old days used to die from lack of food and dangerous living conditions, today the masses just create & innovate new diseases and conditions from overeating. There are a number of communities that for ages have been extremely healthy and with very long life spans. Tibetians, Hunzas, Okinawans, Eskimos, Armenian villages in the Ararat mountains, certain monk tribes in China and Japan and more which I cannot remember off the top of my head. Some of these groups would smoke, drink, eat high saturated fat (pork) yet never experienced heart condition, cancer, diabetes, etc.

I've gotten sick twice in the last year, both times some crazy f**ked up flu that was passed to me in the office. Everyone else felt it for 1-2 weeks, I felt it for no more than 3 days. The second one I only really felt cause I wasnt able to get a full nights sleep from the irritated nose. No aspirin, no drugs, no flu medicine, just a very low solid food intake, high water intake and a special fresh squeezed vegetable/root elixir from the Tibetian shop a block away. That guy is the man, btw, no cold medicine or drug in the world can do what he can with the juicer.
Your own body can do wonders with proper maintenance and nutrition. It was designed that way.
