Yeh. D3 is the way to go. It's fat soluble so taking it with food or some olive oil for example helps.
What's the doc say on heart health and intracellular (not much use in blood outside cells, where tests report) magnesium? Does she say how to evaluate for proper tissue levels of Mg+?
I don't recall discrediting it. I recall trying to moderate some of the sensationalism. Much like I tried to moderate the claims that magnesium is the answer to everything.
