VisionTrader - version 588

  1. Hi 4XIS4U,

    Thank you for your post.
The Data Manager (or "DM") is the most reliable way to provide consistent support to customers and best way to grow the product, as it allows faster deployment and support for new features.
QuoteTrader was designed to account for the DM's minimal CPU and memory requirements, so that both may operate on your PC with little impact to other applications.

Additionally, your comments are much appreciated. One of the intended outcomes of the pre-release period is to identify how clients can be better supported.
The registration page for new clients will be updated shortly to include system requirements and overall expected system usage.

  2. So this business model from eSignal is offering QuoteTrader for FREE because of the rebate from Broker Order Flow (very highly lucrative) and AD based free software...

If this is true then i think your software development team should have a better DEBUGGING protocol so you are not making your early users Bug Hunters...

esignal is NOT known for very well written software (although your data feed is very clean and accurate for USA data) so maybe your team could work on improving this in house flaw...

    :(

  3. Hi CJ,

    Thank you for your comments.

QuoteTrader is free, supported by sponsors' banners. However, a non-banner version is planned to be integrated into eSignal, once the pre-release (or beta) period ends - which followed extensive internal testing.

Since the beta started, participants' feedback has resulted in a lot of new features, adding new brokers, and general usability improvements (including non-software areas like registration, support, etc.).

The addition of eSignal data, a more efficient GUI, and program trading (more to come!) are some examples of feedback from beta test participants.
Beta participants have also identified FXCM and MB Trading as brokers that need to be supported (coming soon!).

Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback and insight. We appreciate your business and comments.

Drop me a line if you'd like a product demonstration or have additional suggestions: trading@mail.esignal.com

    Happy Thanksgiving!
