Are the preferred clients who have first dibbs on the VISA stock required by any law to hold their shares for a set amount of time? How does that work.
Visa will stay elevated until the lock up period expires, at which time it should be shorted back below its IPO price, and then you can long again assuming the fundamentals are sound, at probably $30 to $35 dollars. This will not be a Mastercard redux - not when you contrast the last 5 years of housing orgy consumer led spending to what we will see in the next 5 years.
