Seeing that there are now multiple lawsuits across the U.S. including Virginia which include the CRT lesson plans being taught in K-12 schools as evidence — it is hard for individuals to continue to deny that CRT is being taught in our schools.
oh, in that case, Trump won and the election was stolen because there were over 60 lawsuits and that proves fraud happened. Don't be an idiot To add insult to injury, the same fucking groups are responsible for both litany of lawsuits. PS: COVID vaccines are killing people and IVM is a wonder drug because "lawsuits".
I never stated these CRT lawsuits would be won. These lawsuits are important from a documentation perspective because they provide examples of CRT lesson plans plus summaries of which lesson plans were taught in which K-12 classroom on which exact date. This evidence introduced in these court cases make it clear that people can no longer deny CRT is being taught in K-12 classrooms across the U.S. You can debate whether CRT (or "equity") is appropriate to be taught in K-12 classes but you can no longer state it is not being done -- and hence claiming CRT K-12 education is some "right-wing imaginary bogey-man".
The school systems are free to come out and refute the CRT lesson information. So far not a single school system has disputed the evidence introduced about the lesson plans being taught. Nor have they denied the lesson plans were taught in K-12 classrooms on the dates defined in the lawsuits.
