Its already being played down but I think that Virginia is a pretty remarkable outcome. Maryland is nice but heavily taxed and regulated so most deep state people chose to live in Virginia. I mean eastern Virginia is filled with federal bureaucrats who are mostly leftists. I think it will be difficult to explain how Virginia could elect a Republican Governor. Picking a fight with soccer moms is probably not a good idea.
Some breathing into the paper bag going on over at MSDNC. Let's show some compassion. Twitter roasts MSNBC for Election Night meltdown A common theme emerged on social media Tuesday night as Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin took a clear advantage over Democrat Terry McAuliffe: MSNBC hosts had public meltdowns that made for must-see TV among conservatives. Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid and Nicolle Wallace had a hard time holding back their feelings and Twitter noticed. The liberal hosts spent much of the night making excuses and blaming Youngkin’s success on backlash to critical race theory, which they claim doesn’t exist. The outspoken, right-leaning crowd that typically wouldn’t dare admit to watching the far-left network couldn’t help themselves on Election Night. https://www.foxnews.com/media/twitter-roasts-msnbc-election-night-meltdown
What is this, a Virginia governor race? Well, let's bring out the BattleStar Galactica BS again! Good grief, the entire world is panicking over a fucking governor's race! You all did it to yourselves, sensationalizing this stupidity!
I know that next time a lot of dems will probably be giving Marianne Williamson a second look. She is definitely more equipped to handle national and world affairs than Sleepy Joe is.
