Vinegar and bicarbonate

    I recall that it's good for you to have a little of one in the morning and a little of the other in the evening but I forget which was which anyone know or care to?

    The vinegar would be in the morning because it works best when you take it on an empty stomach. And apple cider vinegar would be the preferred variety. And if you can't stand the taste, they now sell dehydrated ACV as a supplement you can take daily.
