Video Card Question: Vga and DVI?

I recently bought a video card and it has two connections, one vga and one dvi. Is this an either or situation in that you can only run one or the other or can you hook up both for a dual monitor setup? I looked through the manual and it says nothing about it so I assume its either/or but thought Id ask just in case it is possible.

 

No, that's a dual card, so you can hook up 2 monitors.
