I just bought a new 30" dell monitor and am concerned to see the experience listed below. I'm not much of a hardware guy so I was hoping to have some of you who have already been through this point me in the right direction. I'm running a Dell server and will probably pick up a new machine in the next few weeks. What video card would allow me to use the 30" monitor at full resolution (dual link DVI)? I have my trading platform and DOM on a separate machine with a 20" monitor but the 30" is going to be my workspace for charts and such. In the future I may want to add a few 20" monitors to the machine that has the 30" but for now thats not a need, (just a want=). 7600gs, no fan. very quiet GPU & RAM runs at very low clock rate. one of the cheapest card($) you can buy that has dual link.. (make sure to read the specs)
