everyone knew this was going to happen. This is one of the worst investments a company has ever made, I mentioned how this investment months ago was the wrong choice for google.

GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share. GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $400 a share.

if specific video get complained, it will be deleted, however, for each video get deleted there are 10 more get uploaded. Viacom just need to get better at monitoring youtube. Or they can come to some arrangement, say chop each unauthorized video in half. It's will be very interesting of watching a 1/2 of everything:)

The market is efficient. If everybody knew it, the stock price would been reflected the information a long time ago. So, after a result of the lawsuit, the price might be fluctuated. See what will happen today's stock price of Google. :p

I might lose my money, but I believe google made a great decision regarding Youtube.

  6. Huge, massive, ginormous problem for Google.

This is the sleeper issue of the year. Google had exposure to this legal thorn for a while, and their acquisition of youtube moved it to the front burner.

    Open the floodgates.

I agree completely. I can only hope that this first suit brings others...it should have been an industry-wide suit if you ask me.

Only funnier because a company like GOOG didn't buy Napster...GOOG is so freaking big...how stupid was this move? They should have been the ones to initiate the suits from some angle and then pick them up cheap if anything.

  10. BTW, didn't Mark Cuban say this was the ultimate downfall of YouTube right before Google bought them?
