I owned JRCC for about a week and today I noticed some very strange activity I hope someone can help me with. The stock trades on pretty low volume, on a good day maybe a million shares.Well today ( april 18th) around noon there was no news out, and all the sudden the bid size showed 3500 shares and started changing very fast showing 1000, 1100, 100, 1000... but the ask size stayed pretty much at 100 and 200. There were barely any trades,so the last price stayed pretty much the same, just the bid price and size moving like google's price would move after hours on earnings news. Anybody know what couldve happened? Im primarily a swing trader so I dont pay a lot of attention to bid/ask sizes but this caught my attention. Maybe some daytraders or market makers could help me out?
