Very low risk with high leverage- what's the best?

  1. Hypothetical situation- if you paid no commissions, no interest and had unlimited leverage, BUT still had to cover losses out of your own pocket, what would you do?

I'm pretty green on options, but there must be some way to hedge out almost all the risk, and say, collect income from equities or bonds? Index arbitrage obviously would work, any other ideas? Straight up income from treasuries still has capital loss risk from bond market moves.
