Very bad experience with IB¡¯ customer support person

    Well, I have nothing but praise for the company as they do not deal with small retail who have to call customer service every week and ask how to place a gtc order. It is tailored to professionals and not beginners because they don't want to add call centers which would mean higher fees and commissions. Your 8k account is nothing to a financial behemoth like IB. Take that pocket change somewhere else.
