Everyone, In addition to the information Jay has provided please view this advisory from TT that further explains the issue - Trading Technologies Customer Advisory Date: 7/24/2009 4:11:27 PM Number: CA148-09 Subject: Issue with Price Proxy 7.0.2 Products Impacted: Price Proxy Issue with Price Proxy 7.0.2 TT has identified an issue which impacts all customers running Price Proxy 7.0.2. Specifically, customers may experience increased network bandwidth utilization, X_TRADER® Remote Host disconnections, or increased latency. TT is currently testing the fix for this issue which we expect to release in the next few days. In the interim, TT strongly recommends that customers roll back to the previous version while we work to correct the issue. To roll back, customers must uninstall Price Proxy 7.0.2 and then install Price Proxy 7.0.1. TT has replaced Price Proxy 7.0.2 with Price Proxy 7.0.1 on the Customer Portal. Did anyone try to chart ES on X_Study w/ Velocity? It seems there is no support for historical charts since September 2; just realtime access; there is no merging with older data. Strangely enough CME other instruments are fine.
Bernard111, Our CME connection was upgraded after the close Tuesday. The charting issue started soon after. A trouble ticket is open with TT and we hope to have the issue resolved today. Best regards,
