I'm experiencing delays as well, what is the the fix? I saw an alert of Friday of a new TT release, do we have to upgrade?
no it's smart to come here to find out if a problem is 'universal' or only one's own as well sometimes the broker/rep's response is ambiguous, a buck-pass or it's a 'your problem not us' answer, entirely unhelpful
That was the meaning of my post, Wallace. Thanks for clarifying this view. Clearly TT recommends to install the latest release in order not to be forced to support all of the previous releases; but this is not what we talked about.
