VBA code for Momentum bar/ Range bar

I am truly looking for ANYONE who can code this charting style onto Excel. This charting style can be found in a few charting software Eg. Ensign, Quotetracker, Sierra etcc.

But I am looking to automate using Excel and this is the biggest stumbling block for me. I have tried looking for VBA programmer but they have no idea about such charting style or no working knowledge with Technical Analysis.

PM me if you have it or know where to get it. Nothing is free in the trading world.
