VB buttons

Is it possible to include Visual Basic buttons on the posting page to make things easier?

 

If you want to quote something, you just click on it and the appropriate tags are inserted. Just like the smilies faces are to the left.

 

We've got that right now. Am I missing something?

 

What if I am quoting something in parts or from an outside source?
or an url link?
