Does anyone have a reliable high level contact at Variance Futures. I have found it quite difficult reaching them via email or telephone for the last week or so. I even sent a PM to the ET user with user name : VarianceSupport but yet no answer. Is any professional CTA or fund manger trading through them and if so what are your experiences? Their website projects a professional reliable, competitive offering but it's quite worrisome that making contact regarding a possible new account has been so tedious with no substantive response from them.
