Well with a Cdn passport you are Cdn - though I guess you mean dual citizenship Chinese born. However all Canadians have to be careful. You can't even buy a lot in North Van for less than 1.5M. Take the house off and you might get an extra 250K. Even renting is ridiculous - hard to find and expensive.
