I get what you are saying but you are exaggerating. Few houses are 2M+, most are hovering around a M outside of prime areas except in the luxury market. Personally I suspect a loosening of mortgage rules, market specific wise most people are buying condos, 2 beds are the new entry houses.
The houses at kit's point are pretty nice guys, you cannot compare that to Buffalo. The area and lifestyle is some of the best in Canada for sure. I can see value in that part of town but on Main street or further away from the water or Burnaby, these areas are not worth the prices.
Go away retard. if you have never heard of richards st in vancouver, you know nothing about Vancouver. Just google it. The bold word describes you.
Ooohh such a smart answer!! Did a 3rd grader help you look in a dictionary to figure that one out? You still haven't told us if/when you have been to Vancouver and why Richards St? Perhaps because you have never been there and are dispensing advice from google. But hey what were you doing on Richards St anyways? LOL. Keep dodging the question!
You know i need to keep it simple for simpletons like yourself. I need to teach you to use google also.
Oh please do dumb it down for me/us. Or perhaps you would like to share your answers to the questions you can't answer? Just like what were you doing on Richards St? I see you are dodging the question again! You've never been to Vancouver have you? LOL another fraud exposed!
As low as your subscribers to your course you are selling? https://www.meetup.com/Fort-Lauderdale-Income-Trading-Meetup/ 17 members? Ouch. Sorry to hear it's more than what you made in a year.
It's free, no selling. Membership is limited to keep idiots out like yourself. Obviously, you don't understand...
Oooohhh I can feel the autistic rage behind your screen! I didn't know Dunning Kruger was hereditary but you have proven me wrong! LOL what a joke. Thanks for the entertainment. Edit: The above quote is @lylec305 before she edited it above because her ego is so butthurt at being exposed as a fraud.
