You can subscribe to Quote.com basic service for 9.95 per month. Then sign up for the e-mini exchange fee which I believe is another 10 bucks per month. Set your quotetracker data source for Quote.com which is an automatic refresh of every 5 seconds. Works pretty good. Or, IQfeed is another option which is a streaming data feed.
