Using BollingerBands ( 2 SD & 3 SD ) levels in conjunction with RSI ??

    Most of those following this thread will, no doubt, find this reply incredible. Why, until you actually trade the method that you suggest (BB with RSI) --for as long as I have -- you will not believe that it works more than 90% of the time and will be consistently profitable. The next thing that will create disbelieve is that I can demonstrate it live with skeptics watching. If this is of any interest, feel free to contact me and requesting either a private thread or a private message. (It is impossible to write out all that one needs to know to adequately explain how to utilize this method with a concise post here.) BTW -- no charge to you so accusations of Trolling will not stand up.

    Discard the 3 SD level in the BB. Learn to use the BB with just the standard 2 SD. It works just fine.

    Almost every price indicator is based on rate of change ... so why not just use ROC itself.

    Not the ratio version but (price/price x nbr of bars ago) * 100. ES ROC.png Above 50 bullish, below bearish.

    ROC on.
