I also did some film work quite some time ago. I must say, however, that my previous talent agent informed me that I did not project enough emotional output to sustain that career. So I jettisoned Frank Poole from the Discovery One. I did not enjoy it... But it was funny.
Great to see this old thread brought back to the surface. I chose this handle because that was how I began my trading career - trading the ETF's (QQQ, DIA and SPY). - Spydertrader
A friend PM'd me an invite to this thread. The reason I'm 2manywhiners? That's Easy. There are simply Too Many Whiney People on ET, on the net in general, in the Markets, on CNBC, working for my former Broker, working for my current Broker, workin the corner stoplight at the off-ramp, workin at McDonalds, anyone with kids at the grocery store, actually anyone with kids in general, etc etc... Shut the hell up, and quit your bitchin'... "Everyday above ground is a good day..." - Mel from Scarface...
Actually I used to have an account on ET back in 2001. I only made a few posts, and every time I did people went nuts. "This is no time to start trading! Have you seen the Markets? You're gonna lose and have your ass handed to you!" etc. Everyone was complaining about the burst, and feeling sorry for themselves. A LOT of traders didn't want to embrace the bear and change their style, so anytime a Newbie had a question, it was like instant backlash. A LOT of traders took it out on the very few Newbies there were in 2001. I was one of them. So I left for a few years until I stumbled upon someone who asked about WizeTrade. I had to warn them, but I couldn't remember my old handle for the life of me, and my email had changed. So 2manywhiners was born. Now people who want to whine about their problems can find someone else. My name says "I don't sympathize for whack hoes and wimpy guys" and I don't. There are always ways to find success. You have to be Brave. You have to grab the bull by the balls and stick the horns to the bear. No Fear. No Greed. Show Humility, Respect, Hard Work, and Determination. Never back down. No challenge is greater than challenging yourself to succeed at any cost... If there were a handle I could use to say all of that I would, until then... - 2manywhiners
